My kidneys are doing the same thing. I did 6 rounds of just DMSA and felt great energy except I noticed a tingling in my hands and ankles upon wakening. Also my kidneys started aching. I found a product called 'Renelix' that really helps. Dr Schulxes herbs might be the last resort if that doesn't help.
I am now on my fourth round of ALA/DMSA and I dont feel as great as I did on just DMSA so every other time I just do DMSA.
I heard Cutler on internet radio yesterday. I would encourage you to listen to it.
