After 2 successful flushes with ES and olive oil with grapefruit juice, I decided to try a flush with apple juice fasting for 3 days then the olive oil/lemon combination.

I noticed that there was a big difference from the OO/Lemon and OO/grapefruit. I There are too many factors that are different, that I fasted for 3 days prior, drinking apple juice, vs ES, so I don't know exactly and probably won't for some time.

I noted that stones were very distinct formations, similar to what are pictured here on the gallery, when I did the OO/Grapefruit juice, but nothing like anything here with the lemon/OO. As smooth as the OO/GF stones were, the OO/Lemon stones were pointy yet soft. I was expecting more of the same as before. I just wish I had more to go on. Anyone else notice a difference in kinds of stones from one to another?
