i feel like probiotics are important right now. my nose has been clogged up every day for a month and i was begging to die or have a change because i couldnt breathe. i started pB8 and it helped my nose clear up after a week mostly. its still there but not as bad so quitting probiotics dosent seem right.
i have done anti fungals for six months now, and took a break for about a month. the very second I stopped taking them, my body had problems again.
