We did an exercise in class tonight about "mindful eating"....it was amazing actually. Get two raisins, one corn chip and a wrapped piece of chocolate. Now I know that many on CZ are very aware of their eating habits, but if you struggle with eating in any form, this is an excellent video....blew me away, it was so simple. Will take 5 minutes...
