I have to agree 100%.
I bought a New Model SE and did not receive one as compared to the internet advertisement photo. The label, AND the design placement of the cables, the LED and the switch all resembled an older model and were distinctly different from the New Model.
When I emailed Ken Presner about the issue he refused to accept his business perhaps made a shipping mistake. I had the photo and the model in hand, and he still entered into a long series of abusive responses, saying I was a liar, amongst other irrational things. I will stand my ground against bullies.
Much much later he conceded I could, maybe, have the wrong unit BUT TOO LATE to repair his treatment of me as a customer. I will share with others my experience of what a nasty and dishonest man is the person behind the Ultimate Zapper.
"No customer service" is a mild summation relative to my experience, but a good start to evaluating Ken Presner's credibility, his inability to join the greater, honest, credible community of folks seeking to come together and find quality alternative health technologies and products.
