Sure! I started last week of Nov 2010, taking 20,000 IU of vitamin a (on label as retinyl palmitate and fish liver oil). Then I got sporadic 2nd-3rd weeks of december. But I try to take 20,000 IU daily. Some people use cod liver oil as a vit a source so you may want to look at that too.
