ok, now the peeling cycle became 3 days instead of 1-2 days. thats a HUGE, improvement.

healthy bit (not raw bit) has been increased a little more today its just about 30% !! this part is EC free, no peeling happens, its really smooth.
my target is 50% by the middle of next week !! that would be amazing...

these are what i had today Friday, just as reference

water
Green tea
Eggs
Brown rice
1 small orange (i know i should avoid fruits but i craved for sweet stuff)
