Thanks for everyones suggestions

The candy 1x day is actually one piece of candy. They generally dont get to eat a full candy bar, so I cant cut it down to 3/4.

They generally eat lots of fruit, and some veggies too. Soda is already a complete no no in our house.

Candy never really was a problem until in school. All those b/day celebrations etc.

I have added xyitol gum to my kids diet.
