Mix the h202 with say 75% water, put drops of mixture up your nose with an eyedropper. Hope you're using food grade h202. CS and distilled water up the nose, with a cotton swap, or nette pot, also reduced the numbers, in my case.
A big source of my nose parasites was dental work gone wrong. The infection from teeth migrate to sinus, attract nano nats, who lay eggs, or die with eggs inside that hatch.
