Hello all,

I've done one flush last week with good results. Passed alot of stone and my engery level and concentration is better and so is my eczema. But, I have been testing my ph and it is still very acidic (5.5 to 6.0). I'm drinking lemon water and trying to incorporate a more alkaline diet. But no improvement. I'm planning to do my second flush this weekend.

Any suggestions?
