Hi

First of all, I apologize if these questions have already been answered but I couldnt find the answers.

1. What is the actual purpose of lemon/grapefruit juice? Why do you need it in the flush?

2. Is it recommended to lie on your right or left side when going to bed after the olive oil? I ask this because I have seen both recommendations.
