I´ve never done colemas nor enemas and I ALWAYS had successful flushes. So, I can assure that no enemas or colemas are highly necessary. Flush is what really matters.

That is a nother protocol for Liver Flush and Mrs Chang from Sensible Health does not recommend anything else but the flush.
