I take 1000mg 3 times daily. You should be on a gluten free diet. I try my best but not 100% strict. If you have symptoms always lower the dosage.

For Candida I used oil of oregano. But was able to manage the yeast problem in under 6 weeks. After a few weeks of starting the protocol I used probiotics.
