I have this 'fecal odour' thing. I'm 18 and have had it since I was 13. I too have been to docs, but they don't help. Go here

The good thing is many people have cured their odours. Someone cured their leaky gut and the odour went away. They took L-Glutamine to help repair the lining of the gut. Others have taken probiotics (high-strength) ones with every meal along with digestive enzymes and the odour has gone. Two people have now done this. I am about to do this also. This will go away.
