We used natural family planning for a while -- to avoid pregnancy and then to GET pregnant.

I found it very easy to use. We plan on using NFP + diaphragm (or condom) if we choose to do anything when we might conceive.

I do NOT want any more hormones in my body than what are there naturally. :)
