Interesting about the pumpkin seeds, because they are an anti-parasitic. Possible your reaction was so violent b/c they were working? Also, if you have been feeling really good and it seems like that has come on rather recently, like the last couple days, your reaction to the tahini might not have been the tahini at all. When I would be about to purge after a detox, very soon before the purge (diarrhea) I'd feel great, then a day or 2 later, kabam! Did you seen any candida in the stool? I'd get a dense bright white (practically fluourecent) foam in the stool. It rises to the surface of the bowl when you flush. Sorry if too graphic.
