yah but in the process of making yogurt you lose almost all the beneficial bacteria. It's not a good way at all to get probiotics. plus the sugar.   The protocal I'm using http://www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com/yeastinfectioncure.html with a little more of my own stuff mixed in. Anyways this guy raves about it, but I had never heard about it.
