is the absolute easiest way to make yogurt. I bought it last summer and I love it. In the time it takes to boil a kettle of water, I've mixed into my milk base some leftover yogurt and powdered milk and poured it in the container and screwed on the lid. I pour the boiling water into the easiyo thermos up to the top of the red cup that will be the shelf to hold my container of milk/yogurt culture mixture. I put that in the thermos and screw on the lid. In about 6-8 hours, I have yogurt. It's way easier that using the traditional method and I don't have any other pots to clean up. I just have my 4 cup measuring cup that I mixed everything up in, a whisk and a spatula to clean up.
