You don't have to do anything before a Liver Flush to make it work. If you want to do the other flushes too I suppose there is a preferred order to do them, but to get a good Liver Flush all that pre-cleansing is not necessary to get the stones out. I did my first flush the day after I found out about it and had great results, followed by another great flush a few days later. I would reccommend drinking lots of apple juice the day or two before Liver Flushing though, if the Sugar doesn't bother you.
