Hi,

I haven't tried this yet, but in "The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush" Andreas Moritz says the dosage for Mag Citrate is the same as for Epsom Salts .

An earlier post suggests that you can get this as a liquid, in most drug stores.

I found some in tablet form, a mag citrate supplement that I'm considering just crushing.

And there may also be powdered forms available- I think I saw a powdered drink (flavored) available at a health food store.
