Does Cayenne=Nightshade=Pain? by t_montreal ..... Natural Healing & Herbal Solutions w/Unyquity

Gosh I hope I am posting properly here! lol, I saw some posts at the top that looked like regular posts, but I assume we still have to reply to the 'empty' ones:)
Okay so here's my question: I have fibro, and was watching a Youtube interview with Gloria Gilbere, who is an ND who has overcome FM, and Environmental Illness, both of which I currently have. She was talking about colon cleansing being of upmost importance (yes, yes) and she made special mention that those with chronic pain MUST avoid nightshades (i.e. tomatoes, eggplants, peppers) and she said even spices like cayenne and paprika.
I was like, FOR REAL??? I have Uny's cayenne #1, I take some everyday, especially if I am cold, feel sluggish, have major pain or just 'can't make myself do anything', and it usually perks me up or gets me somewhat stable.
But can it aggravate the pain? And while I'm at it, I notice that if I eat raw garlic, I almost always get some sort of 'drunk-like' feeling, or I get super tired and thirsty, or sometimes- like I just have to lie down because all of my energy has been zapped. This doesn't happen all the time, but enough times that I am not taking as much as I know I should!
I am taking Uny's products faithfully- The Int formula #1, superfood, slippery elm, calcium, and other tinctures as needed- I have yet to complete a full bowel cleanse, as I have so many issues with my gut that keeping things even mildly ok- meaning, keeping detox or pain or whatever symptoms to an even acceptable level, while I cleanse, is what I am costantly struggling with.
I have done a few liver flushes, I do coffee enemas a few times a week- and I know, I absolutely know that serious detox is the only thing that will help. My issue is my life and getting it all worked out to cleanse properly. Its terrible to say that, but it's true.
For now though, these herbs are saving my life. I have no doubt about it. I have to say THANK YOU UNY and ROCKY for being here, for making these products, and for giving us all this incredibly needed and life saving information. You have no idea (or maybe you do!) how many times a good coffee enema, or emergency Liver Flush or castor oil pack or shot of cayenne made the difference between being competely incapacitated and keeping me afloat. Seriously:)
But in the meantime...do I worry about cayenne? And could I be right in assuming that any 'pain' that may arise from ingesting it, is likely the herb pushing out some crap from my body?
Thanks so much everyone, and love to you all:)
