I think you're on track, Herbal Fiberblend is heavy duty and that must be causing the undigested food, which seems to have begun at the same time as the eczema. Since I've already invested in the 3 months supply, I'm going to try and stick with it but space my meals out so there's no mixing with the fiber. The package recommended waiting 20 mintes before you eat, but that doesn't seem to be long enough. I'll wait a couple hours. Do you think that would help?
