It's more than likely just from stress. I get muscle twitches quite a bit that I know aren't parasites. Most people do have parasites though and don't even know it.

Sometimes I get them when I'm eating something. It's often caused me to wonder if my body is saying don't feed me that! Maybe it's feeding parasites, maybe I'm allergic to it, etc...
