Can they be taken at the same time......
is there any harmful effects of such a use ??

After reading #109786 story I finaly came to the conclusion that garlic is the wonder food I did allot of reading on it and it is a mild Antibiotics that don't kill off all your friendly bacteria.

I intend to have me some raw garlic but I need to know should i stop the probiotics or can they be alternated

any suggestion is greatly appreciated
