This is my first message so please bear with me as a newbie. I have been off work since early september with a host of problems which are clearly all related. I might get onto that later but my first question is, if I have stiffness on each side of the neck from the ear to the bottom of the neck is that caused by a problem with the lymph glands or is that a muscular problem? There isn't any swelling as such, its just often very stiff (always symmetrically) and often sore with a red rash spreading from the jaw towards the shoulder . . . I'm fairly certain this is an intolerance problem but its proving difficult to get to the bottom of it all.
