pH is a measure of acidity. The body should be on average in a slightly alkaline state to maintain a good health. The blood and the lymphatic system, that is where most of the body fluid is, must have that pH level adequate so that all the bio-chemical, chemical, neural, hormonal reactions are at their optimum. So it is important to realize why pH balance is important.
Most of the time, when the pH is not in balance, it is because it is too acidic. The modern diet, with reduce nutritional quality, with highly processed foods, Pollution ... are the cause of this situation. That is why moreless protocol are called alkalizing.
And because we are what we eat, if we are acidic, then it is because we eat acid forming foods.
Moreless teachings is about learning to eat better and to supplement our lacking diets with alkalizing drinks and baths ... That is all, but is is sometime a lot of new learnings. Are you prepared? Are you prepared to take the time for the searching and the learning?

On a next post, could you elaborate more on the kind of diet you are following, if you have bad digestions ...
But the general rule would be:
-If you are sick than learn to stop doing what makes you sick.
-Learn how to improve digestion (assimilation and elimination).
-Learn to eat quality food.
-Learn about pH balancing and its importance. Buy pH paper to monitor your urine and saliva pH and assess your progress.
-Sometime it is good to start slowly. A long journey starts with a first step. Be patient. Results don't always come quickly. There is no magic pills. Just persist ency.
The overall pH depends on nutrition, breathing and exercise, and mental attitudes (avoidance of stress).
Do a search on this forum for each of your symptoms and see the common elements in what moreless suggests, you will find some common patterns.
