I have seen that too with young people that are healthy, they don't show adverse reactions and still seem to benefit. But i also I agree in not taking it if you don't need it!

I also agree with the poster that stayed on 3 drops for a long time. That matches my experience, slow is the way to go and I also use mine only with water...
