Yeah I'm definetly not looking foward to it, but I was kinda hoping for it so it let's me know that I'm starting to be cleaned out if that makes any sense. I just woke up from a nap and I can't say I feel miserable but I do feel very shakey and have absolutley no energy at all, I'm talking don't even wanna stand up from the couch I'm sitting on.

Ill keep everyone updated if this phase manages to pass today
