It is frustrating, it is like bringing a car to the garage they replace a lot of parts and it often still does not run right.

It is very difficult to find anybody that is good in diagnosing and that happened in this case. At least you know not to go back to the first 2 vets.

Sorry I don't have a better answer, I feel for you, have been there too.
