Hi Clary! I always like to give out PTree's excellent post on Bentonite and psyllium to first-timers! Here it is:

Also, like Southern Belle said...it's 1 tbsp of liquid Bentonite mixed with 1 tsp of psyllium Powder (or 1 tbsp of psyllium whole husks) depending which one you buy!
