I know a lot of folks have said not to do Iodine and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at the same time because they're both oxidizers, but I figured it wouldn't hurt if I spaced them out, especially since Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 's main effects basically finished after 2 hours (though yes some of the effects continue for up to 12 hours). I take my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement first thing in the morning, then two hours later have breakfast or have an early lunch (this is what usually happens), then late afternoon/early evening I take my Lugol's (so it's 7+ hours after the MMS), then often again more Lugol's at bedtime.

I'd been off the Iodine for a while because of wanting to try the MMS, but really wanted to get back on the Iodine. Really felt like my body was missing it, but also was feeling like I needed the MMS.

I've been doing this for about a week now, but haven't been religious about the MMS. I've skipped the MMS some days, but kept up on the Iodine. What I've noticed (at least for myself, could be different for you) is that I get more of the brown and chartreuse urine on the days I do both the MMS and Lugol's. And the next morning I have no brain fog. For years now, because of the fatigue, I've been living in a fog; my vision has been like looking through a gray veil. But the days after the MMS/Lugol's combo, the veil is gone. It's really hard to explain, since I still feel tired around the eyes. It's just a "brightness" and alertness that I've only experienced once or twice every 3 or 4 years ... brightness and alertness that I'd only felt as a healthy child.

I have not been doing the MMS and Lugol's every day because I didn't want to detox too fast for my body to handle. But I really do notice a big difference the day after.

I figured spacing out the MMS and Lugol's the way I was would allow the MMS to knock out what it would and maybe the remnants of the MMS (which is supposed to turn into salt and hypochlorous acid) do what a salt push might, making it easier for the Iodine/Iodide to do it's job later in the day. Just a guess there. Or maybe the MMS is taking part of the oxidation load off of the Iodine/Iodide so that the body's organs can use the Iodine/Iodide better, like it would in a non-diseased/polluted body.

This is just my experience, and I definitely wouldn't do the two any closer together in a day.
