I've had this smell too. Very strange, strong, chemical and like diesel or similar. I've been doing a lot of enemas over the last 9 months and it's especially noticable then.

Interestingly, since doing a series of castor oil flushes the smell has gone. I am not sure if this is permanent yet. It is too soon to tell but it's hopeful!
