I think some weekend fasts would be the place to start for me. I'm not a smoker, and no Amalgams anymore, but I do have metals in my body (lead, mercury, arsenic are the worst) and some very resistant parasites too.

good to know shorter fasts will detox some. I'm going to start slow.
