i would think that after 29 day fast you would need to rebuild your muscle tissue before you go to another fast.

There could be many reasons why you are feeling bad. Perhaps you are something that your body is not ready to handle. Perhaps you are eating too fast and you need to slow down. If it gets realy bad, see a doctor.
