They definitely help! I use Inner Relief And Coral calcium which have the important omega 3's without the fishiness!! Best money spent at psoria.info on all my Psoriasis care. It also does wonders for my psoriatic Arthritis and my nail Psoriasis has cleared right up as well as my psoriasis, and i had several types of psoriasis.. inverse, guttate, plaque and pustular, along with the nail psoriasis, that was nasty as heck. They say that the nail Psoriasis tells one that they have psoriatic Arthritis and that your bones get like the nails do! Yikes! That scared me when i heard that! But i feel so much better and stronger now! So the omega 3's really do work, well for sure the kind i use. I had the tests to prove it too. My Dr actually was quite surprised with my tests, he said that my bone density has improved by 50% from just taking them for 1 year! Imagine that. I was quite happy to hear that so i will continue to take them. I would recommend everyone who has psoriasis and Arthritis to give them a try and see for yourself before its too late.

They have the same kinds at nutrition4skin.com too and they are the lowest prices i have found for them anywhere, so if you are a smart shopper like i am (ALWAYS) then so far they are lowest. Of course you should check again if your interested cuz you never know when some place else will have it lower!
