because your leaving it thick, your oils are not separating, so your OK. It is far from being what the No Crash Powder mix is all about, etc...and your mixture probably is not too alive after 12/24 hours waiting time before you consume it, but otherwise sounds like an excellent smoothie.

Because your mix is not so alive, the plant oils may dominate on what action the stomach must take when it all hits; but, as long as it makes you feel great, taste great, then you know you came up with a really good method.
