Hi, its hormones,(&^%$#@)* out of my way!
Just say its normal that you have been reading things about it and other people experience the same exact thing. Sometimes they wont ever know.
You know what has helped me is taking St Johns Wort, really it has helped me. Look into soy as well, it has estrogen to balance things out. Also Valerien really helps to calm the nerves. Look into these great blessings available.
Its ok, just try to calm down and relax and dont stress out. Sometimes men will never know, so work to remedy the problem, you will get past this.
