I started researching why I have so many sinus congestion problems.....and came across the possibility that it could be fungal. I have been on a Decongestion (everyday) for 2 years. It seem to help stop having so many Sinus Infections. From 4-6 a year to 2 a year. But now I have second thoughts on taking these sinus meds everyday.
I usually have congestion / hardly any mucus / sinus type headache / sometimes fatigue.
This past weekend I started to feel bad, achy neck and had swollen glands. Usually I would run to the Dr & get on Antibotics but this time I didn't. I took my regular sinus meds but it didn't get any worst.....& started to take Apple Cider Vinegar. I started to use a neti pot everyday.

Is constant congestion a sign of a Fungal infection?

If I decide to start taking something like ThreeLac - Do I stop taking my Sinus medication?

Is ThreeLac & acidophilus pills work the same or is one better then the other?

What about taking ThreeLac and Apple Cider Vinegar together? I read the ACV is great for thinning of mucus....& good for sinus' in general....

Looking for help or suggestions....
