I'm not familiar with the potassium iodate; but I do take selenium daily. Since it is an excellent anti-oxidant, I take it about 6 hours after or before Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . It is probably OK to wait 2 to 4 hours; but I just want to be sure. And really, it probably does not matter at all. It seems the only anti-oxidant requiring care is vitamin C.

I wonder what the function of the potassium iodate is in relation to mercury. I know that Iodine will chelate mercury. I also use a little Lugol's Iodine while using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with no problem.
