Hold off on the HUMACLEANSE and continue with the HUMAWORM. You can always cleanse your colon later - just put it in a cool dark place for now - like in a dresser drawer. You are removing a lot of "gunk and nasties" that are slowing things down. Use senna tea as recommended or use epsom salts or a plain enema to get some relief.
