I am glad that you are better! Take your epsom salts about 4 hours after taking HUMAWORM - or at bedtime.

You can increase the amount of tea - just increase 1/2 ounce each dose until it makes you feel nauseous. If 4.5 ounces in the morning makes you feel sick to your stomach - then back down the dose to 4 ounces - and so forth. Many people can tolerate high does and many people can't.

The high doses on the instructions are for cancer treatment.
