Their isn't much difference. Most of the silver made with electrolysis is about 85% ionic and 15% colloidal. Ionic silver is missing an electron so it has a positive charge. Their are advantages to both types. Ionic stays suspended in fluid better, and sticks to pathogens on direct contact and is better for tissue regeneration. Colloidal may make it past the stomach acids better getting to more areas of the body..
