yeah i think it is the same. i am doing the same treatment, just began yesterday... i'll keep you updated. The vit a brand i bought is mixed with extra virgin olive oil. smells like glue. I use apple cider vinegar or lemon to prevent dead skin from growing. Apple Cider vinegar stings alot and turns the lip white for 10 minutes. I don't know how long it takes to normalize keratin but i'll find out 2day.
