So true. The cayenne burns for about 30 seconds, then it numbs everything. It definitely increases energy, cleans your blood, unclogs your arteries,takes away bad breath, etc. I have a hiatal hernia and it doesn't hurt it at all. I've also knocked out sore throats by gargling with it.
