Thanks for all the information.

I went to Whole Foods yesterday and bought some
cold compressed and unrefined sesame seed oil - I'll
try this for a weeks with the OOO.

Has anyone every used Goldenseal direct on the gum -
I read that if you put a droplet full on some
gauze/cotton and keep this in your mouth between the
gum and cheek its supposed to help with inflammation.

Well I am away to OP with the sesame oil - fingers
ctossed it works.

I am so glad to have discovered this network!
