Because doesn't it say to activate with something acidic? Well if you then mixing it with an alkaline drink, doesn't that sort of counteract what you just did? Just confused. Thanks. Oh, and as far as the apple juice goes, is it ok to use that if you have candida and/or eat fruit? I'm just concerned about the Sugar is all. I would love to use the apple juice over the other stuff. Any brands that anyone would recommend without the vit. C?
