all i can suggest is that you go to the emergency room with abdominal pain. i went to have my iud removed because of the many side effects i had. i am frontal, whatever the heck that means. should have been easy access to the midwife. i have sharp pokey pains on my left side and always spot after intercourse. my strings are gone!!! i do not have insurance to get the xray i need to find it. i got blown off too. i know something is wrong though.
