Perhaps you have more mucus in the morning. I seem to cough up a lot more stuff in the a.m. than I do in the evening. Also it seems like my pull becomes much thicker in the a.m. also.

At least that's what I think. Trying using a bit less oil and I think the peppermint oil is a great idea!!
