i would say it definitely sounds like psoriasis

he could try the psorolin treatment that so many have had success with

i buy all mine from nutrition4skin.com

psorolin ointment, psorolin soap, 777 oil and tuvarak oil along with a blood purifier called neem guard, i have also read in the forums that some are using other blood purifiers as well but along with the psorolin treament

cant hurt to try, the products are great
