Instant oatmeal is no no. You must use whole oats, the kind that take 30 minutes or longer to cook as that is that kind that is whole. The instant stuff has alot removed so that it can cook quicker and therfore it will break down into Sugar adn you might as well eat a piece of white bread because instant oats are just as bad.
If you are serious about getting rid of candia, you must concern yourself with the Sugar content of everything you eat. Sugar feeds candida. It does not matter if it is from fruit, vegetable, grain etc. If it is sugar or if it turns to sugar it will feed candida. So again, it all depends on your level of illness. And might I add that many of these people who put up these diets for candida have NOT been sick themselves and are basing it on their own inexperience with candida.
Also gluten intolerance is not the only reason not to eat gluten. Gluten is thought to feed candida. So you mght be able to eat it with no trouble and no symptoms but it could slowly be feeding them.
Avocado I am not familiar with, never ate it and do not know its exchange rate of sugar. The idea with this diet is to cut the sugars as low as possible. By eating tomotaoes you might be undoing all the hard work, but you might not be. Again, ti all depends on your level of illness. Some of us would feel very ill if we ate tomato.
